The clients are free
ATAK on Android, iTAK on iOS and WinTAK on the desktop are published by the TAK Product Center at no cost. You are paying for the server, not for seats.

TAK is an open standard carrying Cursor on Target. It works next to what you already run rather than replacing it, and needs no proprietary hardware.
