EOTAK Servers are priced per user, per year, on a volume rate card: the more seats you buy, the less each one costs. Set the seat count, see the total, and buy it in the same pass. One seat is the minimum, and you can add more at any time.

How many people need access?

Every seat carries the full package: full administrator access, MARS after-action replay, managed hosting, the EOTAK admin dashboard and a full day of training. The rate per user falls as the seat count rises.

Billed once, covering one year. There is no setup fee, and seats are charged in graduated bands, so the seats in each band pay that band’s rate.

The rate per user falls as the seat count rises: $162.00 at five seats, $120.00 at ten, $90.00 at fifty. Above 50 seats, pricing is by quote — contact sales.

CJIS, SOC 2 and NIST 800-53 for $10,800.00 per server, per year. It is a flat charge for the server and is never multiplied by the seat count.
